Every course opens with a short intro video, always free, no sign-in needed to watch it. Besides the intro video, one lesson in Know is free too, so you can see how the course teaches before you buy. The rest of the course opens when you buy.

OKR Foundations is 499 rupees plus GST. RACI Decoded is 999 rupees plus GST. Each course is bought on its own, there's no subscription and no bundle, you pay once for a course and it's yours.

One sign-in for everything on NextKadam, both SwaGrowth and GuruCraft. Enter your email, we send a six-digit code, enter that code, you're in. No password to remember or reset.

SwaGrowth is six circles built around the everyday situations that shape a career, reading your boss, giving honest feedback, becoming someone people trust. GuruCraft is structured business courses, OKRs, RACI, and more being added. Sign in once and you'll see both, browse either, buy whichever course you actually want.

If you have a code, enter it at checkout before paying, and the discount applies immediately. Codes are tied to a specific course and a specific window of time, an expired code can't be reactivated, and codes can't be combined with each other or exchanged for cash.

Courses and Fireside sessions are final once bought, since a course unlocks immediately and a Fireside booking reserves real time. The one exception: if you were charged twice for the same purchase, or charged but never actually got access because of a technical error on our end, contact us and we'll fix it. For Five Whys: Redefine Your Problem Statement and the Bias Assessment: we refund only if you paid twice for the same thing, or if the tool fails to give you your result. Once you have used a session, it is not refundable. Each person gets one free session of each of these tools, and a free session, or one obtained free with a coupon, has nothing to refund. This is also exactly why every course has a free section, so you can judge it honestly before paying for the rest.

A one-on-one session directly with PGS, 30, 60, or 90 minutes, booked at a time that works for you. This is the closest thing NextKadam has to personal, human-in-the-loop time, everything else on the platform is self-paced.

Yes, reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice before the session, no charge either way, since rescheduling isn't a refund, it's moving the same booked time to a new slot. Cancelling or not showing up without that notice forfeits the booking.

Yes, per course, once you've cleared that course's quiz and submitted its capstone. The same criteria apply whether the course is in SwaGrowth or GuruCraft.

Not yet. NextKadam currently sells to individuals only. Corporate and bulk purchasing is planned once there is a wider course catalog to buy from.
