Refund and Cancellation Policy

All course purchases on NextKadam are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or transfers once a course purchase is confirmed and Assess, Decide, Act, and Measure are unlocked. This applies to all courses, including those purchased at a discounted price using a coupon code, or obtained free with a coupon.

A Fireside session may be rescheduled at no additional charge with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled session time. Rescheduling moves your same booked session to a new time and is not treated as a refund. Cancelling, or failing to attend, a Fireside session without at least 24 hours’ notice forfeits the booking — no refund or reschedule will be offered in that case.

To reschedule or cancel, write to pgs@embiggen.co.in or use the scheduling link sent in your booking confirmation, at least 24 hours before your session.

Five Whys: Redefine Your Problem Statement and the Cognitive Bias Assessment are paid tools. We refund only if you paid twice for the same thing, or if the tool fails to give you your result. Once you have used a session, it is not refundable.

Each person has one free session of each of these tools. A free session, or a session obtained free with a coupon, was not paid for, so there is nothing to refund. If the tool fails to give you your result on a free session, we will give you the session again.

If a verified technical issue on our platform prevents you from accessing a course you have paid for, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours of your reporting it, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. If you got the course free with a coupon, no payment was made, so no refund applies; we will fix the problem or give you the access again. To report a technical access issue, email pgs@embiggen.co.in with your registered email address and a description of the problem.

Coupon codes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Each coupon is valid only for the course, session or tool and the time period specified at the time of issue. A coupon that brings the total to zero completes the purchase without payment and without a tax invoice. A coupon use can be cancelled if it was gained by misuse.
